Information sessions

Considering becoming a foster carer can bring up all sorts of questions. We are here to answer them!

Our information sessions are for people considering becoming a foster carer, thinking about adopting a child, or curious to learn more about what is involved in being a carer.

Want to know more?
To participate in an information session, please fill out the form below, and a member of our team will be in touch.

CatholicCare makes attending and completing information sessions, training and assessments as flexible as possible by offering online and face-to-face options.

The information sessions cover topics including:

  • An overview of CatholicCare’s Fostering and Permanency Support Program
  • Types of care
  • Day-to-day responsibilities
