Standing Together to End Gender-Based Violence
At CatholicCare Hunter-Manning, we stand alongside women, children and families impacted by domestic and family violence (DFV). Every day, and especially during the 16 Days of Activism, we reaffirm our commitment to creating safer, more equitable communities across our Diocese.
Through specialised programs, including Renewing Pathways, Staying Home Leaving Violence, and delivering the Shark Cage course young women, we provide trauma-informed, practical and compassionate support for those experiencing violence. CatholicCare is here to listen, guide, advocate and walk with individuals and families as they rebuild safety, confidence and stability.
